Emiliya Radford, a Warner Robins resident and former office manager, was declared guilty of bank fraud, wire fraud, and federal program theft by a federal jury in Macon recently. Her fraudulent activities led to extensive losses for Smith Spinal Center.

The charges stemmed from Radford’s employment at the local practice, where she held the position of office manager. As part of her roll, Radford was put in charge of the payroll and gave herself an unauthorized raise. She also bought herself over $11,000 worth of Apple products. Radford’s misdeeds resulted in substantial financial damage for the healthcare facility, with losses exceeding $200,000.

She is due to be sentenced on October 9th.
