The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is inviting the community to a Halloween event filled with activities for all ages. The Haunted House and Fall Festival will be held tomorrow, October 31st from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 774 Hazel Street in Macon.
Sergeant Sahkera Wooten emphasized the importance of creating a safe space for families during Halloween. The event aims to offer a secure environment where children and families can enjoy the holiday festivities.
Guests can look forward to candy bags, a gaming truck, shaved ice, inflatables, a train ride, and free food. There will also be live music from DJ YEEM, a costume contest, and a haunted house designed for ages six and older. According to Wooten, the haunted house will be thrilling yet suitable for younger visitors, while the rest of the event will maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.
With various attractions and activities, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office hopes to encourage local families to participate and celebrate safely. The event is open to all in the community.
